Clock setting time window

Sometimes it is necessary to generate a width-adjustable pulse whose start time can be changed with reference to the master clock. The input signal is inverted and buffered by U1A, U1B and U1C reverse the square wave of the input signal, and the buffered input signal. Potentiometers R3 and R4 set the comparator reference.
