The "Measures" stipulate that for each high-efficiency lighting product of large users, the financial subsidy shall be given at 30% of the supply price of the bid-winning agreement; for each high-efficiency lighting product of urban and rural residents, the financial subsidy shall be 50% of the supply price of the bid-winning agreement. The high-efficiency lighting products provided by the winning bidders must ensure that the quality meets the energy-saving evaluation value of the national energy efficiency standards of lighting products, have a perfect after-sales service system, and print the words “subsidy, green photo project†on the outer packaging and body of the product.
The National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Finance will issue financial subsidies for high-efficiency lighting products in batches. The provincial energy-saving authorities will work with the financial departments to formulate specific implementation plans, organize the winning enterprises to implement the promotion tasks, and ensure the realization of the financial subsidies during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. The way to promote 150 million high-efficiency lighting products can save 29 billion kWh of electricity and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 29 million tons.
