On September 28th, Guizhou Haotian Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. successfully produced two sapphire ingots with an annual output of 30 million LED sapphire substrate materials. Li Jun, member of the Standing Committee of the Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, inspected the ingots and ignited the four imported equipments for the first batch of trial production.
The project started construction on February 18, 2011. On September 15, the first batch of two domestic sapphire crystal growth furnaces were put into trial production for the first time. After 13 days of operation, two 18 kg sapphire ingots were successfully produced. After testing by on-site technicians, the products meet the requirements of the contract and meet the eligibility criteria. The trial production is successful once.
The first batch of 4 equipments of Guizhou Haotian Company has been installed and will produce 100kg sapphire ingots. Li Jun started the ignition button through the automatic control system. It is expected that in mid-October, the batch of ingots will be off the assembly line.
