Working principle: When the hand is placed in the hand dryer, the light from the bulb is covered by the hand, there is no light on the solar silicon photocell, the base of the transistor 3AX31 is positively turned on, the relay is closed, and the fan and the heating wire are connected. The hot air blows out the hand. After the hand is dried, when the light is taken out from the hand dryer, the light of the light bulb is directly irradiated on the solar silicon photovoltaic cell, the base of the transistor is reversed, and the relay is released, thereby cutting off the power supply of the fan and the heating wire. Once the circuit is installed, it can be used without adjustment.
