Notebook alone significantly more than NVIDIA market share will continue to increase

According to Taiwan’s “Electronic Times” news, industry sources revealed that in the second quarter of 2011, NVIDIA’s market share in notebooks alone increased by 8.9 percentage points to 50.6%, while the market share will continue to increase: the third quarter Asus, MSI And Clevo will plan to release more laptops using the NVIDIA GeForce 500M series mid-to-high-end mobile graphics.

These GeForce 500M notebooks include ASUS 17-inch G74SX and 15-inch G53SX based on the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560M GPU; MSI's GT780 and GT683 based on the GeForce GTX 570M graphics core; and Clevo's 17-inch enthusiast notebook X7200 , based on Intel quad-core Core i7 processor and dual NVIDA GeForce GTX 580M graphics.
