Panasonic released a press release on February 13th, announcing that it will offer a smart phone "SoftBnak 102P" with a QHD 4.3-inch OLED screen (resolution 540x960) for Japanese telecoms Softbank, which will be sold in early March. Opened in Japan.
Matsushita pointed out that the 102P uses the Google Android 2.3 operating system, is only 7.8mm thick, and is equipped with about 8.2 million pixel CMOS camera modules, and is waterproof/dustproof (IPX5/7, IP5X). The 102P has a size of 62x123mm and a weight of about 103g.
