The reporter learned yesterday that of the 52 foreign-funded projects signed by the Fujian delegation yesterday, 17 were foreign-funded projects with a total investment of over US$100 million. The investment of 4.31 billion U.S. dollars will use 2.23 billion U.S. dollars of foreign capital, accounting for 69.3% of the total foreign investment.

The CIFIT Organizing Committee believes that since last year, through the “five major battles”, the province has launched the “three-dimensional” project liaison between central enterprises, foreign companies, and private enterprises, and its follow-up effect is continuously emerging. Therefore, major projects signed this year One after another, remarkable.

New energy car battery to "fu building"

Yesterday, Hong Kong New Energy Technology announced the increase of US$320 million in the Ningde lithium-ion battery project. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Japan's TDK.

It is reported that Ningde New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was established in March 2008, and the overall planned investment is expected to reach 1 billion US dollars. After the project is put into production, it can annually produce 500 million core batteries, and it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 20 billion yuan, which will become the world's largest lithium battery production base.

Future new energy vehicles are expected to use batteries produced in Fujian. The production base in Ningde Jiaocheng District mainly produces environmentally-friendly electric car batteries, high-end consumer electronics batteries, and high-voltage, high-power energy storage batteries. After Ningde New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is completed, it will become the production base of power batteries and energy storage batteries with the largest production scale, highest production value and leading technology in the country, which will lead to the formation of a new energy industry cluster.
