4. Sales of bidding documents: The bidding documents are priced at 300 yuan/share (cash) and are not refundable after sale. The bidding supplier shall submit it to the “Government Procurement†window of the Public Resource Bidding and Trading Center in Yongchuan District, Chongqing from 9:00 am to 9:30 am on March 31, 2009. The bidding supplier who fails to pay the tender fee within the specified time will not be recognized by our center and its bidding will be invalid.
5. Bid security: The bid security deposit of RMB 壹仟 yuan (cash) will be paid on site before the deadline for submission of bids. The deposit of the unsold person will be refunded without interest on the day.
