The eco-city integrated operation and maintenance management platform and the intelligent street lamp system are jointly designed and developed by China Electronics and Haina Tiancheng, which realizes the monitoring, collection and analysis of urban energy conservation, environmental protection, meteorology, security, transportation, public facilities operation and other data information. The “Wisdom Eye†and “City Brain†of the eco-city city will help upgrade the smart experience of the eco-city.

The smart street lamp can monitor the national air quality data of six standards in real time. When the environmental data exceeds the threshold set by the system, the integrated operation management platform system will automatically realize the alarm function and scientifically analyze the pollutant composition, source, cause and movement trend. Provide a reliable basis for pollution control and prevention.
In terms of security
Smart street lights can realize functions such as face recognition, behavior recognition, vehicle identification, license plate recognition and suspicious object recognition through 360° high-definition camera, and realize alarm and positioning functions through two-way voice broadcast system.
The electronic screen on the smart street lamp can release public service information and emergency warning information in real time. At the same time, smart street lights can also achieve a variety of functions such as vehicle travel monitoring, illegal parking monitoring, and road water detection.
The eco-city integrated operation and maintenance management platform and smart street lamp deployment embodies the concept of China's electronics and Haina Tiancheng's “one road, one network and one platform†basic public Internet of Things. The basic public Internet of Things is a new one after the city's “Jiutong Yiping†and an important infrastructure in the era of the Internet of Things. Based on self-controllable network information security and artificial intelligence technology, China Electronics and Haina Tiancheng's basic public Internet of Things will promote the safe integration and open sharing of data resources, and help urban intelligent industry upgrade, urban governance modernization, urban security and many other aspects. The field is a new infrastructure for “Digital Chinaâ€.
Next, the eco-city will continue to add smart street lights to some sections of the central section on the basis of the existing four roads of Zhongxin Avenue, Zhongsheng Avenue-Haibo Road, Zhongjin Avenue-Haixu Road and Anzheng Road. The city will be promoted in a wider scope and gradually realize the global coverage of the basic public Internet of Things.
On this basis, in conjunction with the development and application of 5G communication technology, China Electronics and Haina Tiancheng will jointly build China-Singapore (Tianjin) Eco-city 5G Internet of Things Demonstration Zone with China Mobile and China Tower, for the Internet of Vehicles, Automated Driving, and Wisdom. New technology research and development, testing and display of logistics and intelligent manufacturing provide scene services and continuously upgrade the “wisdom index†of the eco-city.
