In the research and production of LED miner's lamp for more than 10 years, Jining Hi-Tech has built a “10 million/year general self-ballasted LED energy-saving lamp production line for general lightingâ€; currently cooperates with the Chinese Academy of Sciences to integrate full-color LED bulbs and high-definition LEDs. A new breakthrough has been made in products such as three-in-one display. Taking 5.5W LED bulb light as an example, Jining Hi-Tech's luminous flux is 300lm/W, the overall lighting efficiency is 54 lm/W, while Toshiba's luminous flux is 250lm/W, and the overall lighting efficiency is 45lm/W.
According to Wang Tao, Jining High-Tech uses non-imaging technology to design the light path of the light-transmissive cover of LED energy-saving lamps, achieving “both occlusion and transparencyâ€, and improving light efficiency by more than 10% after completion of research.
