1, LED display

Because the price of the indoor screen is more expensive, consumers who are not willing to buy it back for only a few thousand hours will be dimmed or the brightness will be different due to the great attenuation of brightness. Therefore, in addition to requiring larger size and good quality wafers, the indoor panel LED package also requires the PPA reflector cup of the LED bracket to have long-term yellowing resistance, and can maintain high reflection for a long time without being changed by the reflector cup. Yellow absorbs light and causes brightness to attenuate. It needs to resist the long-term exposure of trace ultraviolet light emitted by the blue light wafer without causing aging and yellowing in a short period of time. Therefore, LED brackets used for indoor screen applications are mostly injection molded with long-term yellowing-resistant PPA materials, rather than only the initial whiteness and brightness.
2, LED backlight
Can be divided into small size backlights and medium and large size backlights.
A small-size backlight: generally refers to the LED backlight used in mobile phones and small-sized consumer electronic products such as MP3 and MP4. Because these small-sized backlights are generally not used for a long time, and have no strict requirements on long-term performance, they are not sensitive to light decay. Therefore, in general, most of the LED brackets made of PPA materials with good whiteness (brightness) and high reflectivity are used in packaging, and their requirements for long-term yellowing resistance are not as strict as medium-sized backlights. Therefore, the choice of LED bracket will take into account the high initial brightness and low cost requirements.
B, medium and large size backlight: generally refers to LED TV backlight, notebook computer backlight and some medium and large size display backlight. Laptop backlights and some large and medium-sized display backlights generally last longer in the day, and the cost is higher. No one wants to buy a notebook, no display or LED TV. In one or two years, there is a phenomenon of large light decay and inconsistent brightness and even dead lights. It has strict requirements on the long-term performance of the product, especially the LED TV backlight.
