If it acts at the same time as the high temperature, the moisture absorption of the insulating material is accelerated, and even adsorption, diffusion and absorption phenomena and respiration are generated, causing the surface of the material to swell, deform, foam, and become thick, and the friction of the moving parts may increase or even be stuck; Electrically, due to moisture, it is prone to condensation when the temperature changes, resulting in an electrical short circuit.
Surface deterioration of organic materials caused by moisture can also cause deterioration of electrical properties, while moisture at high temperatures can also cause contact contamination of contact parts and poor contact of contacts.
