1. Solder flux

Such relays are suitable for multi-bubble fluxing or spraying flux processes. Anti-flux type relays can further prevent flux intrusion if they are preheated and dried.
2. Welding process
When using flux or automatic welding, care should be taken not to damage the performance of the relay. The flux-resistant relay or plastic-encapsulated relay can be suitable for dip soldering or wave soldering process, but the maximum welding temperature and time should be controlled according to the selected relay.
3. Cleaning process
Avoid the overall cleaning of the non-plastic relays. The plastic relays should be cleaned with appropriate cleaning agents. It is recommended to use freon or alcohol; ultrasonic cleaning should be avoided as much as possible because harmonics of the ultrasonic frequency will cause contact friction Soldering (cold soldering) and may cause the contacts to get stuck. After cleaning and drying, ventilation should be performed immediately to bring the relay to room temperature.
