This integrated circuit adopts DIP16 foot plastic package, the meaning of each leg is as follows:
XT1, external 455kHz clock signal input, piezoelectric ceramic oscillator input terminal, can be externally connected to 455kHz high-Q piezoelectric ceramic oscillator.
D4: Control output 4, indicating that there is an object within 1 meter.
D3: Control output 3, indicating that there is an object within 0.5 meters.
D2: Control output 3, indicating that there is an object within 0.25 meters.
D1: Control output 3, indicating that there is an object within 0.125 meters.
D0: High-level output terminal, you can not use it.
BP: Speaker driving electrode, static is low level, output pulse of 2500Hz when driving, the smaller the pitch of its sound, the closer the distance of the object.
DULB: Double the electrode, double all distances.
LED: Mode selection terminal, this pin should be connected to high level.
BPN: Horn drive electrode, complementary to BP, static is low level.
VDD: power supply, 3 ~ 5V DC power supply.
CS: Ultrasonic transmitter drives electrodes, usually in a high-impedance state, and outputs ten times per second when driving, each sending 8 pulses of 40 kHz.
CSN: Complementary electrode of CN, usually low level.
IN: Ultrasonic receiver input terminal, high level effective.
GND: Earth.
XT2: The output electrode of the piezoelectric ceramic oscillator, XT1 constitutes a low-power inverter, the piezoelectric ceramic filter should use high-Q products, otherwise it is not easy to start vibration.
